Fatloss is going a little slowly (not at all) this week, plan is to up the cardio and get more sleep.

Weight: 62.1kg (+ 0.2kg)
Waist: 65.5cm (+ 0.5cm)
Hips: 94cm (+ 1cm)
Thighs: 55cm (no change)
